We do this in Islam every year for a month but we would have to eat late at night. it cleanse out body and improves our body's health.

Intermittent fasting, if done right, does not restrict calories. It is a nutrition plan. I do the 16:8 to 18:6 plan. I eat between 1PM to 7:00-8:00PM. I eat highly nutrient dense foods 3-4 times during the window. I eat about 1,500 to 1,600 calories. I eat the same first meal each day, except I add 3 slices of high quality bacon every other day. My last meal is always a mixed green salad with olive oil, zucchini, asparagus, kale, tomato with a lean protein. I strength train in the morning and I do cardio in the early evening. Every couple weeks I fast for 24 hours to 36 hours. The body is not designed to graze all day and night.

I`ve been taking this diet “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) for some days right now and until now I love them! They offer me a lot of energy and also reduce my desire for foods, yet I don`t crash whenever they wear off which I like, and they don`t make me jittery. I did nothing special on my very own diet program and i also still find a way to cut my unwanted weight to 7 pounds. .

What A load of crap! It’s calories in versus calories out. It doesn’t matter when you eat, if you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight. If you are in A calorie surplus you will get fat!

Intermittent fast has nothing to do with restricting calories. You can still eat a the Amount of calories you want to just in a small window during the day. Example 18-6 18 hours fasting 6 hours eating

Growing up I hated breakfast, my mom would have to force feed me cereal or toast cause she thought I would starve until lunch, I always had a natural inclination to eat my first meal around noon. I would then eat another meal after school and a snack before bed. Even though the foods I ate were mostly carbs I still felt better. It wasn't until University when I began to have a bagel and coffee every morning and I got acne, gained 20 pounds and felt tired all the time. Breakfast isn't natural, it's something sold to us by companies and commercials.

Starvation mode is not a myth. It is very real. However what they're discussing here is fasting and that is totally different. Your body goes into starvation mode when you go and use a caloric deficit-based diet while still eating multiple times a day. Your body never receives enough calories to maintain its metabolic rate. at that point your body starts to store fat by lowering the metabolic rate because it's not sure when you are going to have another substantial meal. All the while you're continuing to put some food and calories into your body so that is what gets burned for energy. Fasting you're putting no food in the body so your body via hormonal changes after some time enters fat burn mode in order to maintain the metabolic rate. Two very different things that neither one of these doctors clarified on this particular video.

There is certainly still need of exercise routines even only a couple of times a week as well as the foods to nibble on must be best. The effect presented to me is amazing. At the end of the day it’s all about calories. Regardless of time of day. Be in a caloric deficit and you’ll lose weight, trust me I know I went from 195 to 155 in 5 months. Just from eating less basically. Forget all the cutting carbs and fat garbage. When you cut carbs and fat your cutting calories technically.

I do intermittent fasting but my eating window is 9-2. Most people do an evening eating window but I find I make better food decisions in the morning

It varies for most people in terms of how their body responds to fasting and weight loss itself. But generally it's good to not shove food in ur mouth for the majority of the day

This sounds great! My stomach feels better when I eat less on certain day. I also like the Ketogenic diet, but I don’t go crazy on the fat like butter, so I use less fat like only little bit of olive oil. I try use as little fat as possible without sacrificing the taste; using less fat really helps my stomach feel better. I think it’s easier on the digestion.

I do a 16 hours fast, 8 hours eating 5 days a week and a 20 hours fast, 4 hours eating 2 days a week. Feel so good so far.

Just like every extreme diet, you’ll end up gaining all the weight back and all your old illnesses back when you eventually stop the diet.

You should check out Dr Berg's channel. He's been researching this for years and know's what he's talking about, he doesn't take someones notes and then spin them as his ; )

fasting works like a charm ..but if those of us that grew up in the 60's-70's remember that we only ate when we were supposed to now they call it 18 and 6 fasting..lol...and even before us nobody was fat because nobody had alot of money to eat. look at all the old pics of people majoriy were skinny very rare fat people ..now they put a fancy name on it and everybody things its new..lol..its ok its just nothing new its going back to the old way of life which seems to work way better...

not sure if I'm just pulling into a delusional State into halfway fasting for 24 hours but it seems like my allergies are barely there, my senses are heightened.I also have mental tics from when my dad passed away and it's terrible and only time I'm able to control them and hide them easier is if I'm nothing in me and I'm fasting. I started a Wonder because maybe fasting helps your mentality?I'm just sad about this because while fasting is very beneficial for my issues I wish something would control my tics as good as fasting. I tried medication but it sucks more harm than good. I do have coffee with a few creamers with a lot of water.

All bullshit. Everything is calories in vs calories out. It’s all about doing what works best for you to reach your goals. I love intermittent fasting and a low carb diet. A bit too high on the protein to be keto. I only allow myself a 6 hour window to eat. Therefore I push my calories to later in the day. This allows me to “get the fasting over with” and get to be full by eating all my calories in my window. I also find this very sustainable at Maintenance
